So, mom and dad went on vacation to North Carolina and Michigan. They stopped first in NC to spend most of a week with Matt, Donna and kids. It was Jesse's birthday, so they had a party with the neighborhood kids. Matt needed to fill the kids pool so he went and got the fire truck from the station (he's a volunteer firefighter). After filling the pool they used the rest of the water in the truck to spray each other, i guess it was great fun. And of course who doesn't want a fire truck at their party. After NC they all drove to Michigan to see Jake and family for a few days. While there they saw the movie Journey to the Center of the Earth in 3D. Mom, Dad and Matt also went skydiving, video is farther down the page, before they left. They all had a great time and mom really enjoyed seeing all of the kids.
